Return Policy
For the reason that the associated expenses of transporting artwork, and its delicate nature, returns and exchanges are not offered.
Please understand there is no such thing as FREE SHIPPING. Australian buyers, the shipping costs are rolled into the cost of the artwork, and International buyers I cover half your shipping costs.
Damage During Delivery
Note: In the unlikely event your delivery arrives damaged in transit, the appropriate courses of action to be taken are to either refuse the shipment; or you can have the delivery company report the incident and note the package as ‘received damaged’, and acquire a copy for your records. Immediately report the damage during delivery by sending an email to moare_art@outlook.com including photographic evidence of the damage to packaging and artwork and put “Attn: Damaged ‘Title’ of Artwork”. Please provide as much information as possible to acquire an expedited process.
